BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT(S) FROM NATALIE JANE DESIGN CO, YOU ACCEPT THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH US UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME.

COPYRIGHT
All designs and illustrations are the copyright and property of Natalie Jane Design Co. Neither you, nor a third party may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way without permission from Natalie Jane Design Co. We reserve the right to reproduce, photograph and/or publish, on any website and/or social media platform, any part of the design(s) created for you.
SUPPLYING YOUR EVENT DETAILS
Once we receive your deposit/payment we will email you an online form to complete detailing the information required for the invitations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that spelling, grammar, and any other detail that you request to have on the invite/stationery is correctly recorded on our form. This is to be completed exactly how you would like to view them (e.g. Mr & Mrs Scott, Mr and Mrs Scott, Uncle Scott, Scott and Fiona etc.)

ERRORS & AMENDMENTS
If you notice any errors once you receive your product, please notify Natalie Jane Design Co. immediately. If these errors existed in the proof document, which you have approved for printing, these can be reprinted at the customers’ expense. Every effort will be made to promptly reprint, however they cannot take priority over existing customer jobs. Natalie Jane Design Co will not be held responsible for any errors that have been approved by the customer, nor will they be responsible for any delays in reprinting. Where any errors are made that differ from your proof document Natalie Jane Design Co will correct and reprint the affected invites as a priority at no additional cost.

PRINTING VARIATIONS
Printed samples and printed proofs may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Printing can result in small variations. Minor differences in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and are not classed as a fault. Printed colours may slightly differ from those seen on screen. If you are unsure about a colour, printed proofs are available on request, at an additional cost.
TIMING AND DELIVERY
Once we receive your payment and completed details form, work starts immediately on your design. Allow up to 4-6 weeks for printing, assembly and delivery for handcrafted invitations and 2-4 weeks for digital design invitations. If you require a shorter delivery time let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline. At certain peak times of the year, we get extremely busy and it can take up to 10 weeks for an order to be completed. Please ensure you order your stationery at least 10 weeks in advance of your mail-out date, as some orders may take longer than expected. We will do our best to have your order completed as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS
As Natalie Jane Design Co is a service-based business, all of our products are made to order and once we have received your order and payment the work gets started, therefore we do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully upon ordering.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Natalie Jane Design Co. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will take the utmost of care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used. You will be supplied with a courier tracking number on the day that your package is collected from our studio so you can track your goods from door to door.
PRICES
Quotes are valid for 30 days only.
Any deposit/ payment requested by us must be paid before any design work begins.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence any orders and begin the design process.

All deposits are non-refundable. The outstanding balance must be paid in full before printing takes place.
All prices are subject to change without notice. If a quote has been supplied by Natalie Jane Design Co, please take note of the quote expiration date as this date will be strictly adhered to.

CURRENCY
All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of supply difficulties, Natalie Jane Design Co will inform you and discuss alternative materials or designs.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can view here. Your information such as name(s), phone number, email, address and other relivient personal details will be saved on an external hard drive to complete your order. Natalie Jane Design Co also uses antivirus soft to help prevent theft of personal details.
GALLERY IMAGES
By placing an order with Natalie Jane Design Co, you agree to images of your stationery and any feedback sent via email being published on our website or any social media platform.
If you would prefer not to have your stationery image or testimonial published, you can notify us in writing via email at any point and we will remove any images or text as soon as reasonably possible.

eGIFT CARDS
All Natalie Jane Design Co gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift Cards can be redeemed towards any Natalie Jane product or service. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards are the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, cards will not be replaced. Gift cards come with an expiry of 3 years from the date of purchase, this is not retrospective. Expired Gift Cards do not retain any value.
